Welcome to Bartender Co. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website and the purchase of any products from our online store. By placing an order or accessing our site, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Age Eligibility

By purchasing barware and mixology tools from Bartender Co., you confirm and warrant that you have reached the legal drinking and purchasing age according to the applicable laws of your country, state, or territory. We reserve the right to cancel any order if we reasonably suspect a breach of local age restrictions.

3. Currency & Pricing

Base Currency: All standard prices listed across our store are charged and processed in United States Dollars (USD).
European Union (EU) Customers: Applicable Value Added Tax (VAT) is included in your order total at checkout.
International / Non-EU Customers: Product prices do not include local customs duties, taxes, or import fees levied by your home country. Any additional fees incurred upon delivery are the sole responsibility of the customer.

4. Orders & Payment Processing

Payment Gateways: All transactions are securely processed through Stripe. We accept major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
Order Acceptance: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including product availability, errors in pricing or product descriptions, or suspected fraudulent transactions.

5. Shipping & Fulfillment

Products are dispatched via our international partner network to your delivery address.
Standard international shipping generally takes 6–12 business days.
35-Business-Day Delivery Guarantee: If your order has not arrived within 35 business days from the dispatch date, you are entitled to a 100% full refund.

6. Returns & Refunds

Customers may request a return within 30 days of package delivery, provided items are unused and in original packaging.
Damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of delivery with supporting photo/video evidence. Full details are outlined in our Return & Refund Policy.

7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any separate agreements whereby we provide you products or services shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of Hungary. Any legal disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with your use of this website shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Hungary.
