All orders are processed and prepared for dispatch within 1–3 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Options
We ship worldwide and provide tracking with every order.
- Free Worldwide Shipping: FREE on all orders. Estimated delivery time: 6–9 business days after processing.
- Express Shipping: Paid faster shipping option. Estimated delivery time: 4–8 business days after processing. The exact shipping cost is calculated at checkout.
Please note that all shipping times begin after the 1–3 business day order processing period.
Tracking
Tracking is included with every order, regardless of the shipping method selected. You will receive your tracking details by email as soon as your package has been dispatched.
Customs, Taxes & VAT

Returns & Refund Policy
- 30-Day Return Window: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return for unused items in their original packaging.
- Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days at info@bartender-co.com with photos or video. We will arrange a replacement or full refund where applicable.
- 35-Business-Day Delivery Guarantee: If your order has not arrived within 35 business days from the dispatch date, contact our support team and we will issue a 100% refund.
